We are looking for a full-time Executive Manager – Individual Giving & Direct Marketing to join our team within the LifeFlight Foundation. This role is predominately located in our Robina office with the option to spend up to two days per week in Brisbane. Travel to other sites within the south east Queensland region for events may also be required.
The Executive Manager, Individual Giving and Direct Marketing is responsible for leading the strategic growth of income from appeals, one-off and regular giving, workplace giving, memorial giving, merchandise sales, raffles and special campaigns for the LifeFlight Foundation. This involves for the opportunity to lead our in-house Telephone Fundraising Call Centre and direct marketing operations, ensuring performance targets and annual income growth are met by facilitating collaboration between channels and team members.
The role will provide key leadership on all aspects of operations and complex areas of channel management and integration, including direct mail, telemarketing, and face-to-face fundraising. With a strong analytical focus on lifetime value, costs-per-acquisition and overall revenue performance, this is a results orientated leadership role.

To be successful in this role you need to satisfy the essential selection criteria with the PD. Importantly, to apply for this role you must have:
- A degree or equivalent level qualification in fundraising, philanthropy and/or direct marketing;
- Considerable (5+ years) of demonstrated success planning and leading or working with a multichannel direct marketing team to deliver income from direct mail, telefundraising, eDM, DMS and media advertising;
- Considerable (5+ years) experience leading the development of the case for support and plan for annual direct mail programs.
